Đêm lặng im, giọt nước mắt rơi,
Ngài quỳ nơi tối tăm, cô đơn trong đêm dài.
Lời cầu xin vang đến ngôi Cha,
Nhưng yêu thương dẫn Ngài đi con đường đau thương.

Silent night, the teardrops fall,
Kneeling in the dark alone, through the endless night.
A pleading voice calls to the Father,
Yet love still leads Him on the road of suffering.

Chorus:

Thập giá Ngài – tình yêu lớn lao,
Gánh bao đau thương vì con, chịu chết thay đời con.
Dẫu nhạo cười, Ngài không oán than,
Vì tình yêu Ngài dành cho thế gian chẳng phai tàn.

Your cross, O Lord—love so great and deep,
Bearing all my pain and shame, You died to set me free.
Mocked and scorned, yet You bore no hate,
For the love You gave the world will never fade away.

Áo choàng kia, mão gai xé thân,
Ngọn roi đau đớn thay, máu tuôn vì nhân loài.
Bước chậm trên đồi cao thê lương,
Bàn tay băng giá đóng đinh nỗi đau vô cùng.

The scarlet robe, the thorn-crowned brow,
The lashes deep with pain, as blood flows for mankind.
Step by step, He walks that sorrowed hill,
Cold and trembling hands are nailed with endless agony.

Màng che đã rách, màn trời rung chuyển,
Giê-xu chiến thắng, tội lỗi cúi đầu.
Ngài phán: “Mọi sự đã trọn!”
Nào ai có hay, tình yêu cứu rỗi đời con?

The veil was torn, the heavens trembled,
Jesus overcame, and sin has bowed its head.
He cried out, “It is finished!”
Oh, can you see? His love has saved my soul!

Nhưng ngày kia, ánh sáng phục sinh,
Ngài đã sống lại, chiến thắng cõi hư vô!

A silent tomb, the night weighs heavy,
It seemed all hope had shattered in the grave.
But on that day, the light of glory,
He arose again, triumphant over death!

Ngài sống lại, quyền năng hiển vinh!
Xé tan xiềng gông tội lỗi, ban sự sống đời đời!
Tôn vinh Ngài – Đấng Christ hiển uy,
